• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: The tourist tax (2€ per day/room) is not included in regular prices.
• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.
• Payments in the amount higher than EUR 499 cannot be made in cash, but only in euros via a bank account or payment card on the spot.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is forbidden.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of an early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Petra Houses is located 700 m from the beach, in Potos, on the island of Thassos.

Offers to its clients quite enviroment, new accommodation, garden, parking and all facilities for comfortable stay.

Petra Houses is suitable for families with children.

Pets are NOT allowed.

Accommodation

Petra Houses consists of three houses: Aristotelos, Epikuros and Tukidid, and each can accommodate up to 5 persons.

One house splits into two levels, is about 40m2 and includes: living room with fully equipped kitchen, single sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom with a double bed and a single bed on the upper level. Can accommodate up to 4 persons.

Two houses are located on the ground floor and each has a bedroom (double bed and a single bed) and living room with equipped kitchen and double sofa bed.

Cleaning is daily, bed linen is changed every 3 nights, and towels every 2 nights.

Smoking inside is forbidden.
