Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
Description
The building that houses Peristerianos Rooms & Flats is located on a privileged position on the beach of Nea Skioni, Halkidiki. Right in front of the small harbor and on the center of the pedestrian road, Peristerianos Apartments is near stores and taverns and in between the two organized beaches of our village. Access is more than easy from the main beach road and the municipal parking is just in front of Peristerianos Flats.
The view is beautiful and relaxing coming from the harmonic combination of the blue of the sea and the green of the countryside. You will feel that strolling up and down the pedestrian road by the beach.
Accommodation
Peristerianos Flats & Rooms are located in a three-story building and include 6 quadruple apartments, 1 sextuple apartment, 1 triple studio and 2 double studios.
• The quad-bed apartment include one bathroom, a kitchen, a seating room - where two persons can be hosted in two single beds - and a separate bedroom with one double bed. One has a possibility to add 5.person on additional bed.
• The six-bed apartment include one bathroom, a kitchen, a seating room - where two persons can be hosted in sofa bed - and two separate bedrooms with one double bed each.
• The triple-bed studio includes one bathroom, a kitchen, one double bed and one single bed.
• The double-bed studio includes one bathroom, a kitchen and one double bed.
All our rooms have a spacious balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view. All our rooms are fully furnished and the kitchen has many provisions that you may need while cooking.
