Description

Pefka House is located in Hanioti, on the Kassandra peninsula, Halkidiki. The property is situated just in front of the beach (approximately 60 meters away), close to the town center, shops, and restaurants, making it ideal for a family holiday.

The property offers one ground-floor apartment that can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Accommodation

The apartment has a surface area of 45 m². It features a living room with a sofa bed, a fold-out armchair, and two bunk beds, while the bedroom includes a double bed.

The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, a two-burner cooktop, an electric kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, and a dining table. The private bathroom includes a shower cabin.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning units in both rooms, free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests have access to a beautifully maintained, shared yard with direct access to the beach, sun loungers, and an outdoor seating and dining area. Barbecue facilities can be provided upon request.
