• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Pashalia's House offers five newly built, air-conditioned studios on the third floor in Sarti, at 70m from the sea. There are 5 studios.

Accommodation

The studios can accommodate up to four persons. All of them are equipped with one double and one single bed with a drawer, and are located on the third floor.

On the ground floor in the first building there is an apartment No8 for 4 persons or 5 persons. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the other room there are two single beds. Studio no.9 has one double bed, one single bed and one armchair bed, it's in the backside of the building and it's renovated. Triple studio no.10 is located in the backside of the building.

Pashalia's House has renovated studios for 2, 3 and 4 persons.

Cleaning is done every 3 days.

Accommodation units include: kitchenette, terrace with side sea view, small fridge with freezer, bathroom, TV, WiFi internet, air conditionig.

There is no private parking, but it can be parked in front.
