• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Panorama Apartments complex is located on the island of Lefkada, at Vasiliki village, in the settlement of Ponti. It is only 400 m from the beach. It is built on the foothills of Elati Mountain, 1 km from Vassiliki and 35 km from the town of Lefkada.

Accommodation

The facility has been in operation since the summer of 2009 and includes a beautiful garden, parking, and a panoramic view of the bay and valleys of Vasiliki.

The studio has an accommodation capacity for 2 or 3 people, with an area of 22m², and there are a total of 4 studios.

Double studio no. 2 which is equipped with two single beds that are connected and studio no. 4 which is equipped with a double bed. The bathrooms in the double studios are equipped with a shower.

Three-bed studio no. 1 and no. 3 are equipped with one double bed and one single bed each. While the bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin.

The kitchens within the studios are equipped with a mini fridge and two hotplates.

The apartment has an accommodation capacity for 4 people, and the area is 58m², there are two apartments available, one is located on the ground floor, and the other is on the second floor of the building.

The apartments consist of two bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds. At the very entrance to the apartment, there is a room that is living room, with a kitchen and a dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a combined refrigerator and stove. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

Air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and internet are available to all guests.

Accommodation units are cleaned every other day, and bed linen and towels are changed every third day.

Parking is also available to guests within the accommodation.

There is a courtyard with outdoor furniture and greenery.

jako lepi i uredni apartmani. Vlasnik je stalno prisutan i jako vodi racuna o higijeni i apartmana i dvorista. Svakodnevno se sredjuje i menja posteljina na 3 dana. apartmani su prilicno novi i ocuvani sa prelepim pogledom na vasiliki. poseduju svoj parking ukupno 7-8 mesta. prilaz apartmanima je malo nezgodan jer je put uzak na par mesta ali ima dva puta pa ni to nije problem. svaki apartman ima lepu terasu a sa druge strane gde je ulaz ima poplocano dvoriste na nekoliko nivoa gde moze takodje da se sedi. svaki apartman ima svoje stolice i sto.mi smo bili prezadovoljni. i da napomenem da do plaze ponti koja je prilicno dobra ima oko 150-200 metara.
