Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Palm House Family - Apartments 1 & 2 are available for summer period 2021. They are both situated in the village of Nikiti around 100 meters away from the beach. Both apartments are duplex meaning they have two separate bedrooms. a kitchen and a bathroom. Each bedroom has it's own balcony. Wi-Fi internet, TV and air condition are included.

great host, kind and helpful. the apartment is spacious, beautiful, clean, tidy. soft beds, refrigerator and washing machine are a lifesaver for families with children. the beach is very close, and right next to the apartment is a bakery, fruit and vegetable shop. Thanks Kostas, keep it up!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment with a huge terrace. The host is great and takes care of all the details. In the accommodation you have everything you need from dishes, washing machine, air conditioner, hair dryer, everything is functional and everything is enough. Also, the beds are very large so that even a larger man can comfortably sleep in them. There are parking spaces in the yard, but sometimes they fill up, so you have to leave your car in front of the accommodation. In ten days we had no problem with parking. All in all a huge recommendation for Kostis and Palm House.

The apartment is large, well and tastefully equipped. The house is located near the beach, next to the bakery and grocery store. The owner is not very communicative and always available to guests. We will definitely be guests here again!

The apartments are amazing, there is everything you need, the beach is really close like 5 minutes walk max and the service was very nice. The owner is very kind and understandable for paying time, he isnt always here, but if you message him, he comes right when he is needed, and always makes sure that you are comfortable! I honestly recommend thease apartments.
