Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

OUR HOUSE is a luxurius establishment which consists of 2 fully and partially furnished flats. The estate is in the location of Palio Tsifliki in the Prefecture of Kavala, far away from the fuss and the anxiety of the city, 10 Km west of the city of Kavala, an ideal destination for those seeking the tranquility that nature , sun and sea offer for their vacation.

Close to OUR HOUSE/Luxury Apartments you can find everything you need to make your stay more comfortable like taverns, beach bars, caffes, small shopping markets, drugstore, bakery, and a park for your kids and grown ups.

Just 40 Km is located MEGAS ALEXANDROS airport of Kavala. The seaside villages of N. Iraklitsa and N. Peramos (Ammolofoi sand-hills) are ideal for your evening escapes and dives in their crystal waters.

Accommodation

SEA apartment, (suite with view to the ocean), 90 m², with classic decoration, it is consisted of a main room which includes a bedroom, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, a spacious sitting room with TV and a fire place, ideal not for the summer period but also for your winter escapes. It includes a large porch with view to the Aegean Sea, the island of Thassos and in the green garden filled with roses that exists in the establishment. This apartment can be vacated by 4(+2) persons.

SKY apartment, 99 m², consists of two floor levels connected with an indoor stairwell. The apartment contains two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and bathroom. It is air-conditioned with TV and porches in each bedroom with view to both mountain and the ocean. This apartment can be vacated by 6(+2) persons.

All apartments contain porch/garden furniture, free WI-FI, and parking space.
