Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Olympia House is located 190 meters from the beach in Ierissos, at the entrance to the Athos Peninsula. The house accommodates up to 7 adults and 2 children and features a private garden and a parking space.
Accommodation
The house is spread over two levels connected by stairs.On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom is air-conditioned and features a double bed, while the second bedroom includes a double bed and a sofa bed. There is also a private bathroom with a bathtub. Guests have access to a terrace with an outdoor dining area.
The upper floor features an air-conditioned living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and an additional toilet.
The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The house offers a private garden where barbecue facilities can be arranged upon request. One private parking space is available for guests. Additional parking can be found on the surrounding streets or in a public parking area located 70 meters from the property.
