Description

Olive Yard Apartment is located in the village of Toroni (Sithonia), about 400 meters from the nearest beach, and approximately 130 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport. The main feature of this accommodation—what guests notice first upon arrival—is its elegant and tastefully decorated courtyard with an olive grove, which makes every view from the window feel truly Mediterranean. The apartment’s location implies a distance of only 300 meters from the village center, supermarkets, and restaurants.

Accommodation

In addition to the beautiful courtyard (which also includes a barbecue), the property consists of a ground-floor house featuring one bedroom, a bathroom, and an open-plan area that includes a dining room, kitchen, and living room. From this space, there is access to a balcony furnished with outdoor furniture, making it an ideal spot for those who especially enjoy dining outdoors. Parking is provided, and the total capacity of the accommodation is up to 5 guests.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area includes two sofas that can accommodate sleeping for 2 people, one air-conditioning unit, and an LCD Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, a two-burner cooktop, a toaster, an electric kettle, and all necessary cookware and dining utensils.

The bedroom features one large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Bed linen and towels are provided, and all windows in the house are fitted with mosquito screens.

The bathroom is standardly equipped and includes a washbasin, shower cabin, and toilet. Guests also have access to a hairdryer and an iron.

The entire accommodation is covered by free wireless internet.
