Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Olive Tree’s House in Elaiochori, Kavala, is located 4 km from Amolofi beach and beach bars, just 3 minutes by car and 5 km from Nea Peramos.

2 accommodation units in the same garden consists in total of 5 bedrooms, 5 double beds, a single bed and a sofa bed, 2 equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, fenced yard, private parking, barbecue, inflatable jacuzzi for 12 people.

Both units are renting together and can accommodate up to 12 people. Next to it, the first house in the row belongs also to the owner and can accommodate more 3 people and is suitable for several families or a group of friends for up to 15 or 16 people.
