• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Novus Apartments is located in Skala Maries, on the island of Thassos, 350 meters from the town beach, and 300 meters from the nearest Platanes beach. The complex offers a quiet and pleasant environment, shielded from the noise and crowds. Surrounded by lush greenery, it features accommodation for 4 people with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and the sea.

Accommodation

There are a total of 7 apartments available, distributed in three two-story cascade buildings. All have the same structure and equipment and are suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

Each apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a two-burner stove, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle. There is also a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in both rooms, free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every three days.

The apartments have terraces with outdoor furniture and a view of the hills, nature, and the street. Some accommodation units offer a view of the sea in the distance.

On the ground floor of the lowest building is an apartment suitable for people with disabilities.

Free parking is possible on the street in front of the accommodation.
