• A €100 security deposit is required upon arrival. It is refunded at check-out if no damage is found.

• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Nikos House is part of a complex located near Aretes Beach, 5 km from the center of Toroni, on the Sithonia peninsula. It is situated in the second row of maisonettes, approximately 90 meters from the beach. The property can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 small children and offers a shared garden with barbecue facilities and private parking.

Accommodation

The maisonette consists of two levels.

The lower level is set in a semi-basement and includes a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as four bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature two joined single beds each, while the fourth includes a sofa bed.

The upper level, at elevated ground-floor level, includes a living room with seating area and dining table, a separate toilet, a kitchen, and two terraces. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and kitchenware.

The covered terraces offer outdoor seating and dining areas, with views of the garden and the sea.

The maisonette is equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, mosquito nets, and an iron. Towels and bed linen are provided. Please note that the unit is not air-conditioned; however, it features ceiling and portable fans.

The complex includes a shared garden with barbecue facilities, outdoor furniture, a shower, and free private parking. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided for guests at the beach.

Pets are not allowed.
