Cancellation policy
• If the accommodation unit is canceled up to the 60 days before the arrival date, the deposit fee paid will be returned to the guest (minus EUR 30 administrative costs).
• In case of cancellation of the reservation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded.
• In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description
Nikiti Paradise Villas Nola 2 is located in the southeastern part of Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. It is set 210 meters from the beach, 350 meters from the nearest market, 200 meters from the promenade, and 400 meters from the car rental agency.
The villa can accommodate 8 adults and up to 3 children (depending on age and the need for baby cots).
Accommodation
The villa is newly-built, first time rented at the end of the 2024 season.
It spreads over two levels and has three bedrooms - two with double beds, and one with two futons. The living room features a sofa bed, and a kitchen which includes a fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, and the necessary dishes. Two private bathrooms with showers are available.
Guests have at their disposal two spacious terraces with waterproof awnings and seating furniture.
The facility has 4 air conditioners that easily cool each of the rooms. Hot water is provided by a solar boiler with a capacity of 300 liters, which produces enough hot water for about 10 people. The villa is equipped with 4 televisions and its own antenna for satellite internet (starlink) which allows fast flow.. Cleaning of the villa and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every 5 days.
Private parking is not available, but vehicles can always be parked on the street around the accommodation. Small pets are allowed by agreement.
It is possible to organize airport transportation at a discounted price.
