• Check-in: after 14:00; Check-out: before 10:00.

Cancellation policy
• If the accommodation unit is canceled up to the 60 days before the arrival date, the deposit fee paid will be returned to the guest (minus EUR 30 administrative costs).
• In case of cancellation of the reservation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded.
• In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Nikiti Paradise Villas Nola 1 is located in the southeastern part of Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. The villa is set 340 meters from the beach, 250 meters from the nearest market, and 300 meters from the promenade, restaurant, and car rental agency.

It can accommodate 9 adults and up to 3 children (depending on age and the need for baby cots).

Accommodation

The villa is completely new - it was built and first rented out in 2024.

It spreads over two levels. The first level (ground floor) consists of a living room with a sofa, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower cabin. The kitchen includes a stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a microwave.

The building has its own floor cooling system, and one bedroom has its own air conditioner. It is equipped with 4 TVs, has its own antenna for satellite internet (starlink) and has very fast internet. Hot water is provided by 2 solar water heaters with a capacity of 260 liters, which easily produce enough hot water for about 10 people. A baby cot can be added on request.

Cleaning of the villa and change of bed linen and towels are done every 5 days.

Guests have at their disposal 4 terraces with seating and a large outdoor dining area. Automatic awnings are installed on terraces that are more frequently used.

One private parking space is available in the yard, while if necessary, other vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation. Small pets are welcome by arrangement.

It is possible to organize airport transportation at a discounted price.
