• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Nectarina House is an accommodation property located in Pirgadikia, on the Sithonia Peninsula. It consists of two apartments for 6–7 guests, situated in two buildings facing each other, in the first and second rows from the sea, approximately 60 meters from the beach.
Accommodation
Apartment No. 1Apartment No. 1 is located in the second row from the sea (you can view the exact location here). It is suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment consists of a living room with two sofa beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom. It also features a terrace with an outdoor seating and dining area.
Apartment No. 2
Apartment No. 2 is situated in the first row from the sea (you can view the exact location here). It can accommodate up to 5 adults and 2 children. The apartment features two bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a sofa bed, where an extra bed can be added if needed. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with an outdoor seating and dining area.
Both apartments offer sea views and are equipped with air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi internet access, and a TV. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Each apartment comes with one private parking space. Additional vehicles can be parked on the nearby street or in a public parking area located 100 meters from the property.
