• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (10€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 60 days before the arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the total amount is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

MySarti Villas is an attractive complex located 400 meters from the beach in Sarti, on the Sithonia peninsula. It offers two maisonettes for six people with private pools and parking.

Accommodation

Both maisonettes have identical equipment and organization. Each spreads over three levels. The basement features a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The second level is the ground floor, which consists of a living room, a kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed, and a private bathroom. On the third level (first floor) is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

All rooms are air-conditioned, and free Wi-Fi internet, TV, washing machine, and hair dryer are available. All bathrooms have a shower with a glass screen. Maisonettes are cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

In front of each maisonette is a garden with an outdoor dining area, a private pool, an outdoor shower, and comfortable sunbeds. Free private parking is also provided.
