My Afytos Balcony Apartments is located in the village of Afitos, on the Kassandra peninsula in the Halkidiki region, approximately 325 meters from the beach. The property offers several accommodation units suitable for 2 to 6 persons. The accommodation is situated in a quieter part of the village, close to the center, restaurants, markets, and other facilities intended for guests’ everyday needs.

My Afytos Balcony Apartments offers a deluxe studio, a one-bedroom apartment, a deluxe two-bedroom apartment, and a deluxe two-bedroom apartment with a living room. All accommodation units are located on the upper floor of the building and include a sleeping area, kitchen or kitchenette, private bathroom, and a terrace with outdoor seating furniture.

The studio apartment is suitable for up to three persons. The unit includes a double bed and an additional sofa bed. The studio is air-conditioned and organized as a single open-plan space combining the sleeping area and kitchenette. Guests have access to a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, iron, and a private terrace overlooking the garden and inner courtyard of the property. Thanks to the soundproof walls, the studio provides additional privacy and peace during the stay.

The one-bedroom apartment is suitable for up to four persons. The separate bedroom includes a double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed intended for accommodation of two additional persons. The living area is connected to the kitchen and dining area and organized for guests’ everyday stay. The apartment has a private terrace with outdoor furniture for sitting and dining, overlooking the garden and courtyard area of the property.

The deluxe two-bedroom apartment is suitable for up to four persons. Both bedrooms are equipped with large double beds. The apartment includes a kitchen, private bathroom, and terrace overlooking the garden. Guests have access to air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a coffee machine, and a space organized for a comfortable stay for families or friends. The kitchen area is functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay.

The deluxe two-bedroom apartment with a living room is suitable for up to six persons. The apartment includes two separate bedrooms with large double beds, while the living room contains a sofa bed intended for accommodation of two additional persons. The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area and organized for shared daily use. The apartment also features a fireplace that contributes to a more pleasant stay during the colder period of the year. The terrace with seating furniture and garden view is intended for relaxation and outdoor stay.

The kitchens and kitchenettes are functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay. Guests have access to an electric stove with oven and cooking hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, basic cooking equipment, dishes for food preparation and serving, kitchen utensils, and a dining table.
