Accommodation Cancellation Policy
• If the accommodation unit is canceled up to 15 days before the arrival date, the paid deposit will be refunded to the guest (reduced by 30 EUR administrative costs).
• If the accommodation unit is canceled later or in case of no-show, the property owner has the right to retain the full deposit amount and it will not be refunded to the guest.

Accommodation
The hotel consists of 8 rooms, divided into three types:
Twin Room (rooms with two beds)
Triple Room (rooms with three beds)
Quadruple Room (room with 4 beds – only one of this type in the hotel)
Twin Rooms – No. 101, No. 201, No. 205, and No. 207; feature two single beds
Triple Rooms – No. 202, No. 204, and No. 206; feature one double bed and one single bed
Quadruple Room – No. 203; features one double bed and two bunk beds
All units are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Rooms include a refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, safety deposit box, hair dryer, TV with satellite channels, and free Wi-Fi. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
Each room has a terrace with a table and chairs, offering a beautiful sea view. Bed linen and towels are provided, and both cleaning and their replacement are done every 3 days.
Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
Laundry service is optional and costs 20 EUR per service.
A baby cot is available upon request.
In front of the complex, there is a shared outdoor area – a courtyard and a gazebo with outdoor furniture. The complex does not have private parking, but free public parking is available in the surrounding streets.
