Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival,
the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in
most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
Description
Mihalis Rooms are located in Stavros, 340 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the town center. Right across the street from the building there is a supermarket, a bakery, a restaurant, and cafes. The complex is set in a relatively quiet environment, but close to all the necessary facilities.
There are 6 studios available that can accommodate 2-5 people each.
Accommodation
• Studio No. 4 - It is located on the ground floor and is suitable for 4 people. Contains a double and bunk beds.
• Studio No. 5 - Accommodating up to 3 people, it contains a double and a single bed, with a separate kitchen.
• Studio No. 6 - It includes two double beds, with the possibility of adding an extra one.
• Studio No. 7 - It is located on the first floor and offers a view of the hills. It has two double beds and can accommodate 4 people.
• Studio No. 8 - It contains a double and a single bed and accommodates up to 3 guests.
• Studio No. 9 - it has a double bed and can accommodate 2 people.
All studios have a kitchen that includes a refrigerator, a stove with two burners for preparing light and quick meals, and the necessary dishes, a private bathroom with a shower and towels, as well as a terrace with a table and chairs.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, and Plasma TV with cable television and two Serbian channels.
Private parking is provided for all guests
