Mercer Luxury Maisonette is a modernly furnished maisonette in Nikiti, located about 400 meters from the beach, intended for guests looking for comfortable and functional accommodation on Sithonia.

Accommodation

Mercer Luxury Maisonette is a spacious apartment organized as a two-level maisonette and suitable for up to five adults. The layout clearly separates the living area from the sleeping areas, making the stay comfortable and practical for families or small groups.

The lower level features a living room connected with the kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom. The living room is designed as the central space for relaxation and socializing, and the sofa in this area can be used as an additional bed for one person. The kitchen and dining area form a functional unit intended for preparing and enjoying meals in the apartment.

On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed, as well as another bathroom. This layout provides additional privacy and comfort during the stay. The apartment also features a terrace with outdoor seating furniture where guests can spend time outside. A barbecue is available in the yard for guests to use during their stay.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, with air conditioners and TVs located in the living room and in each bedroom. A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. For longer stays, cleaning of the apartment as well as bed linen and towel changes are organized every five days. A private parking space is provided for guests.
