Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, or in a case of no-show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Memories Villa is located about 300 meters from the beach in Skala Potamia, on the island of Thassos. The complex offers accommodation for 2–5 guests and features a courtyard and private parking.

Accommodation

There are a total of 6 accommodation units available – 4 studios and 2 apartments.

Apartment No. 1 is located on the ground floor and is suitable for up to 5 guests. It has a separate bedroom with three single beds (two of which are joined), and another room with a kitchen and two joined single beds.

Studio No. 2 is on the ground floor and suitable for 3 guests. It has three single beds (two joined).

Studio No. 3 is located on the first floor and features a double bed, accommodating 2 guests.

Apartment No. 4 is on the first floor and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It includes a separate bedroom with two joined single beds, and another room with a kitchen, two joined single beds, and one pull-out bed.

Studios No. 5 & 6 are located on the first floor and can each accommodate up to 4 guests. They are identical in layout and equipment, each featuring three single beds (two joined) and one armchair bed.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, and mosquito nets. Each unit has a kitchen with a two-ring stovetop, small refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine, as well as a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every 2–3 days.

Studios and apartments have their own terraces with tables and chairs, while the upper-floor units also offer a distant sea view.

The complex includes a courtyard with a shared barbecue and private parking for 4 vehicles, while additional cars can be parked free of charge on the street nearby.
