• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Memories Guesthouse is a complex built in 2024, located 215 meters from the beach in the old part of Sarti, on the Sithonia peninsula. The center with all amenities is about 50 meters away. It offers accommodation for 2-5 people.

Accommodation

The complex feature studios and apartments located in the basement, ground floor, and first floor.

• Studios No. 3 & 6 - They each have a double bed and a folding armchair, and are suitable for 2 adults and 1 child.

• Studios No. 7 & 8 - They each have a double bed and a sofa bed, and are suitable for 4 people. In Studio No. 8, there is the possibility of adding a folding armchair for another child.

• Apartments No. 1 & 4 - They can accommodate 4 people each. Each has a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room with the kitchen.

All units have a kitchen that includes a two-burner stove, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a coffee maker, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a hair dryer. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every three days.

Guests have at their disposal covered terraces with outdoor seating and dining areas, some with sea views.

The complex includes an unfenced yard with outdoor furniture. Private parking is not available, but cars can be parked in a public parking lot 80 meters away.
