Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 31 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Meltemi Luxury Apartments is an attractive complex in Nea Roda on Athos, located 80 meters from the beach and about 500 meters from the center. It offers modern accommodation for 2-4 people, a garden with a barbecue and a children's playground, as well as private parking.

Accommodation

The facility has 10 elegantly decorated studios and apartments.

• Studios Vardaris and Meltemi - double studios with double beds and sea views.
• Studios Tramountana and Maistros - studios for 2 people on the upper ground floor, with double beds and sea views.
• Studio Levantes - studio for 2 people on the high ground floor with a double bed, a garden view, and a side sea view;
• Studio Sirocos - a three-bed studio on the upper ground floor with a double and a single bed, a garden view, and a side sea view. It is located next to Levantes, and in front of them is a shaded seating area.
• Apartment Zefiros - a three-bed apartment on the upper ground floor with a garden view. It has a bedroom with a double bed, while the kitchenette area features a single bed.
• Studio Ostria - a studio for 2 adults and 2 children on the high ground floor with a double bed, a bunk bed, and a garden view. It is located next to Zefiros, and in front is a children's playground and a seating area.
• Apartment Boukadoura - family apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed in the room with a kitchenette.
• Apartment Pounentes - family apartment for 2 adults and 2 children with a garden view. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed in the room with a kitchenette.

Each unit has a kitchenette that includes two hotplates (for easy meals), a small refrigerator, a toaster, and a Nespresso machine. The units also include a private bathroom with a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer and covered private terraces.

All units are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet, television, mosquito nets, and irons. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days.

The complex includes a garden with a barbecue, outdoor furniture, and dining area, and facilities for children. It has a private parking lot, and there is always free parking space on the street around the accommodation.
