Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Melisi Studios is a small family business but already fully equipped to provide you whatever you need. The amazing scenery created by the harmonic combination of sea and mountains landscapes in Chalkidiki, and also the multiple choices for all kinds of entertainment will make your vacation unforgettable!!!

Melisi Studios are located in a private plot, 200 meters from the sand beach of Sykia.

Accommodation

The group of rooms is composed of four brand new studios full equipped and ready to hospital their guests. Each studio consists of open plan (kitchen and bedroom).

Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils in case you choose to taste your own gastronomic creations in your own terrace. Each studio has it’s own separate WC and we also provide you air-condition, television and ample parking.
