Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Maritsa's rooms accommodation is located in Stavros near Thessaloniki, about 1 km from the center of Stavros and about 200 meters from the sea. They are suitable for the stay of families or groups and are intended for up to 2 and up to 3 adults.

Accommodation

The units are equipped with French and single beds for up to 2 and up to 3 people. Each room has a small kitchen with necessary kitchen elements such as a refrigerator and stove. There is also a smaller table with a chair. The rooms are spacious and well lit.

The accommodation offers a spacious yard with outdoor furniture and deckchairs, as well as a covered terrace with a table and benches, where guests can enjoy their rest. The outdoor space is beautifully lit, so guests can stay outside even during the evening hours.

The units have private bathrooms, are air-conditioned and equipped with free WiFi internet.

On the beach in front of the rooms there are seafront umbrellas which are free of charge for the guests of “Maritsa’s rooms”.

Draga Jelena, hvala na ostavljenom komantaru za ovaj smeštaj. Prikazana cena "OD 21€ dnevno" se odnosi na minimalnu cenu po danu po najmanjoj smeštajnoj jedinici u objektu, a ne za period u kom ste vi letovali. Postavite miša na "cenu OD" i videćete da to piše u prozorčiću.

Bili smo u ovoj kuci pre dve godine, sve je lepo , uredno, na plazu se ide sa soljom kafe, to najvise volim, domacini su predivni, ove godine smo sreli na pijaci gospodju Maritsu, izljubili smo se, naravno seca nas se, divna zena. Jedino sto nije vezano za ovu kucu je da je cena od 20 evra, raspitajte se, nije mnogo skuplje, ali 20 nije...
