Description

Marina Pool Villa Hanioti (150 m²) is located in Hanioti, on the Kassandra peninsula, approximately 1 km from the beach. The maximum capacity of the villa is 8 guests.

Accommodation

The villa is spread over three levels.

On the ground floor there is a living room with two sofa beds, a dining table and chairs, and a TV, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, and other kitchen accessories. There is one standard bathroom on the ground floor (shower, washbasin, WC), while the bedroom also has its own private bathroom, also standardly equipped.

The terrace, accessible from the living room, is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, suitable for outdoor dining.

On the first floor there is a second bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, while on the second floor there is a third bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a private bathroom.

All units are air-conditioned, and bed linen and towels are provided. The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. An iron and ironing board are available upon request.

The villa is suitable for families or larger groups, with tavernas, markets, and other amenities nearby. The nearest airport is approximately 90 km away.

Guests have access to a private swimming pool, as well as a yard with a barbecue (available upon request). The villa offers free private parking. Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
