• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Maria's Cottage is located in Lefkada Town, on the island of Lefkada, in the Ionian Islands region, approximately 900 m from the beach. The property offers one accommodation unit with a capacity of up to 5 guests. Guests have access to air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet, a landscaped courtyard, a private terrace, and views of the lake, garden, mountains, and the town.

Accommodation

Maria's Cottage consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one private bathroom, a terrace, and a landscaped courtyard.

The first bedroom features one double bed suitable for two guests. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, accommodating two guests. An additional sleeping space is provided in the living room, where there is a sofa bed suitable for one guest, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to five guests in total.

The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area. Guests have access to a seating area and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is suitable for self-catering and is equipped with a stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen utensils, cleaning products, a dining table, and all the essential equipment for preparing daily meals.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, sink, and toilet. A hairdryer, towels, and toilet paper are provided.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, heating, clothes hangers, wardrobe, iron, bed linen, and a private entrance.

Guests can enjoy a private terrace with outdoor seating and an outdoor dining area, as well as a landscaped courtyard suitable for relaxation. The property offers views of the lake, garden, mountains, and the town.
