Maraviglia Ethereon Villa is located in Kastri, near Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula in the Halkidiki region, approximately 185 meters from the beach. The accommodation consists of one villa designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. The villa features a private swimming pool, a landscaped garden surrounding the property, and private parking available for guests.

Accommodation

Maraviglia Ethereon Villa offers three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two private bathrooms, a veranda, terraces, a private swimming pool, and a spacious outdoor area designed for relaxation.

The three bedrooms are intended for guest accommodation, while the living room serves as the central gathering space and is connected to the kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom contains two single beds. The interior of the villa provides direct access to the outdoor area and garden.

The kitchen is suitable for self-catering during the stay. Guests have access to a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and tea maker, electric kettle, dining table, basic cooking essentials, cookware, serving dishes, and kitchen utensils.

The villa features two private bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Guests are provided with a hairdryer, shampoo, liquid soap, shower gel, hair conditioner, towels, and hot water throughout their stay.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV, washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes hangers, clothing storage space, mosquito nets, and towels.
