Description

Maison Mare is located in the village of Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 380 meters from the beach. The maisonette can accommodate up to 8 guests and offers a private courtyard, a terrace with a built-in barbecue, Wi-Fi internet, and street parking directly in front of the property.

Accommodation

Maison Mare features two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a terrace, and a private courtyard.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate one adult and one child. The living room is air-conditioned and has direct access to the private terrace.

The upper floor includes two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed for two guests, a wardrobe, a portable fan, and access to a private terrace. The second bedroom features one single bed and another single bed with an additional pull-out bed, is equipped with air conditioning, and also has access to a private terrace. The total accommodation capacity is up to seven adults and one child.

The kitchen is designed for independent meal preparation and is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kitchen utensils, complete cooking equipment, and a washing machine. The kitchen also provides direct access to the private courtyard with a built-in barbecue.

The maisonette has two bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is an additional WC, while the upper floor bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, and WC. A hair dryer is also available.

The accommodation includes two air conditioning units, free Wi-Fi internet, a Smart TV, a washing machine, bed linen, and towels.

Guests can enjoy a private courtyard, a terrace with an outdoor dining area, and a built-in barbecue, providing a comfortable outdoor space for relaxation.

Parking is available on the street, directly in front of the property.
