• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is canceled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
