Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the total amount is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier department, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Luxurious Stone House is part of a luxury complex of houses on the Kassandra Peninsula. The complex is located 2.5 km from the center of Siviri, 2.8 km from Elani beach, and 1.5 km from Masoutis supermarket. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and offers access to a shared pool and private parking.

Accommodation

The entrance to the accommodation is on the level of the first floor.

The apartment is elegantly decorated, in a traditional spirit, with stone walls and plenty of interesting details. It has two bedrooms with double beds.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. There is also a private bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, a washing machine and a hair dryer. A baby cot is available on request. The apartment is not cleaned during the stay, and spare sets of bed linen and towels are provided, which guests can change as needed.

Guests have at their disposal a beautifully decorated terrace with seating, a barbecue, and a view of the garden and the sea in the distance.

All guests of the complex can use the shared pool and free private parking. Pets are welcome.
