Linaraki Studios is located in Sykia, on the east side of Sithonia in Halkidiki, only a few steps away (across the street) from the sandy Sykia Beach. The closest market is in the Melissi camping 1,3km away, and the closest bakery is on the main road, 900m away.

The facility offers accommodation for 2 to 4 persons and provides Wi-Fi internet, TV, air conditioning, BBQ facilities, a playground, and private parking.

Linaraki Studios consists of 10 accommodation units - four quadruple apartments and six studios (three triple and three double).

Apartments have one double bed in the kitchen and two single beds in the bedroom. Two apartments have a sea view.

One double studio has a sea view, and all of them have a double bed. Triple studios have one double and one single bed.

All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen with a small fridge and hotplates.
