confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon
arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival,
the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in
most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Lily's House is located in the first row to the beach and 850 meters from the center of Hanioti, on the Kassandra peninsula. It offers accommodation for 4-6 people with a nice yard that provides direct access to the beach.
Accommodation
There are two apartments located on the ground floor.
• Apartment No. 1 - Suitable for 4-5 people, it contains a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa for a child up to 7 years old, a living room with two single beds, a kitchen, and a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher.
• Apartment No. 2 - Can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with bunk beds and a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a private bathroom. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a two-burner stovetop, a large oven, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine.
In front of each apartment is an outdoor area for sitting and dining with a beautiful view of the garden and the sea.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, mosquito nets, and hair dryers, while a baby cot is available on request.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation (cleaning service is available for an additional fee). Every seventh day, clean sets of bed linen and towels are provided, which guests change themselves.
Guests have at their disposal a beautiful courtyard with a barbecue, sunbeds that can be taken to the beach, and private parking.
Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
