Description
Vrachos-Loutsa is one of the most beautiful coast lines of the Ionian sea and it is located between Parga and Preveza. Here the lush green scenery is acompined by the crystal clear waters of the sea, and a 3.5 km long stretch of sandy beach.
In the middle of this idealic scenery, and only 40m from the sea, is our brand new apartment, "a warm cozy nest", we call it the Lemonelia Apartment.
Lemonelia is a beautiful and cosy apartment for persons or families who wish to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Ionion Sea, and the natural beauty, and to relax in a pleasant, friendly and comfortable environment.
It's also a perfect choice for those who are seeking to explore the NW region of Greece, as it's within easy access to the main towns, Ionian islands, and archeological sites.
Apartment description
Lemonelia is a small family property, a brand new apartment that can host 4-5 people, ideal for a family or two couples. It is located on the ground floor of a two-storey country house. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds (it can be turned to double), a sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a front yard. Within minutes, you can go from the apartment, down the stairs, on to the beach, and into the warm sea.
Lemonelia apartment on the 1st floor is also in the offer. A spacious two-room apartment with a huge terrace and great view. Suitable for 2 to 4 persons.
It's cosy, comfortable and very bright. A gorgeous sea view is offered from every room and the courtyard of the house. With the big window vistas, the sounds of the waves and the fresh sea breeze, you would think that you are right on the beach.
The yard is a perfect spot to dine under the trees to relax, and to watch the sunset in the evening or the moonlight reflecting into the sea at night.
