Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

In front of the sea in Sarti, you will find Studios Ladario waiting for you on a beautiful and small beach that will be yours all. Two stone strips have created a small private beach right next to the large beach of Sarti, where you find our complex with the magnificent view of the Mount Athos to take your breath away.

Accommodation

The rooms are well-appointed and decorated in style. They can accommodate from 2 up to 4 people and have all the necessary amenities such as kitchen,Smart TV 32' , air conditioning, hairdryer, ironing facilities and a private balcony facing the sea.

Double studios have double bed and are on the second floor.

Triple studio has double bed and single bed and is located on the first floor.

Quadruple studio has double bed and two single beds and is on the ground floor, sverela steps down the earth level.

For the 2025 season, a new unit has been renovated - a beachfront room, located on the ground floor, with direct access to the beach. The room has a double bed and a foldable armchair, so it is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. There is no kitchen, but it is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, and a kettle. It has a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a terrace with a view of the beach and the sea.

Guests have at their disposal sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.
