• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case on an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

La Central Apartments is located in the center of Limenaria just a minute's walk (150 meters) from the sea. Thanks to central location, a short walk away you'll have a bakery, butcher, fish shop, super market and much more.

Accommodation

La Central has 2 apartments ( Amarillis - Azalea) 30 square meters each. Apartments has a comfortable seating area with sofa bed and table with chairs. The kitchen has everything you 'll need. The kitchen has everything you'll need while the bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The furnished balcony is accessible through the bedroom.

Public parking is available on the road in front of the apartments and at the nearby beach of Limenaria.

As a bonus for our guests staying in La Central we offer you free use of our professional gym. The gym is situated close to La Central and offers a full range of fitness facilities, including free weights, machines and aerobic/dance classes.
