Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable

Ktima Mimoza is located in Sykia Halkidiki, just 3,5km from Sykia’s beach. The property is the ideal destination for nature lovers and those which wish an escape for the stressfull daily routine. Our apartments are brand new, built in 2020, and offer comforts like air condition, TV, full equipped kitchen etc.

Our garden is also unique! There is a beautiful playground,a barbeque place, a big outside dining place and of course our huge vineyard.
