Description

Ktima Alexandros House is located in Potos on the island of Thassos, approximately 320 meters from the beach. This is a house intended for up to 7 persons, featuring a fenced yard and private parking within the property.

Accommodation

The house consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious terrace, and a yard with outdoor facilities.

Guests have access to three bedrooms. The first bedroom has one double bed for two persons, the second is equipped with two separate single beds, while the third includes a sofa bed. Each bedroom can accommodate up to two persons. The living room also features a sofa that can be used by one additional guest.

The living room is functionally arranged and connected to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped for everyday meal preparation. The bathroom is standard and includes a shower cabin.

Each bedroom, as well as the living room, is equipped with air conditioning, while an additional fan is available on the terrace for use during warmer days. The property also offers Wi-Fi internet, a safe, and mosquito nets on the bedroom doors.

Within the yard, guests have access to an outdoor seating area (gazebo), a barbecue, and a space suitable for children.

Cleaning is performed after the tenth day for longer stays. Bed linen and towels can be changed every three days. Parking is provided within the property.
