Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 10 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later or in case if non-show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Kosmas Hotel is located in the new part of Sarti, 70 meters from the beach and 450 meters from the center.

A stone’s throw away are the shops, too. The area has a supermarket, restaurants, taverns, cafes and bars for night outings.

Kosmas Hotel consists of 18 accommodation units: 12 triple studios and 6 quadruple studios.

Triple studios: 6 triple studios include three single beds while the other 6 triple studios have a double bed and a single bed each.

Quadruple studios: have two single beds and a bunk bed.

All units offer: air coniditioning, kitchenette, balcony, bathroom, TV, WiFi internet and mosquito nets.
