Description

Kontraki II Studio is located in the village of Petriti, on the island of Corfu, within the Ionian Islands region, approximately 435 meters from the beach. The studio is suitable for up to 2 guests. Thanks to its location in Petriti, guests are close to local restaurants, tavernas, and the coastline, while enjoying the authentic atmosphere of a small seaside village.

Accommodation

The studio is designed as an open-plan unit combining the sleeping area, kitchen, and living space, along with a private bathroom and terrace.

The studio features a double bed suitable for two guests. The space is air-conditioned and equipped with essential amenities for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, and toaster.

The kitchen is functionally arranged and allows guests to prepare simple meals during their stay. Basic kitchen utensils and equipment are available for self-catering.

The studio has a private bathroom with essential facilities and provided towels. Guests also have access to beach towels, which makes summer stays more convenient.

A private terrace is available, providing an additional outdoor area for relaxation. The studio windows are fitted with insect screens, ensuring a more comfortable stay and additional protection from insects.
