• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Accommodation
Konstantinos House has a total area of 130 m² and consists of 3 levels (basement, ground floor, and first floor).
On the first level, i.e. the basement, there is a bedroom with two sofa beds, each suitable for two persons.
On the second level, i.e. the ground floor, there is an air-conditioned living room with a corner sofa, suitable for two more persons. There is also a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large combined refrigerator, stove, kettle, and microwave oven. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, shower, and hair dryer.
On the third level, i.e. the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one of them is also equipped with an air-conditioning unit. There is another standardly equipped bathroom on this floor.
The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture.
Guests have access to air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, dishwasher, iron and ironing board (upon request).
The yard is landscaped with greenery and a large lawn. There is also a veranda with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue (upon request), and outdoor furniture suitable for dining.
Small pets are allowed upon prior request and with an additional charge.
Two parking spaces are provided.
