Konstantina Villa

Konstantina Villa is located on the island of Lefkada, 200 meters from the center of Nikiana. It offers accommodation for 3-5 people, a garden with a barbecue, and a private beach.

Accommodation

The villa consists of four apartments set on the ground floor and the first floor. There are two types of units:

Apartment for three people - located on the first floor. It features a bedroom with a double and a sofa bed and a separate kitchen. The sofa is suitable for one adult or two small children.

Apartment for five people - contains two bedrooms equipped with a double, two singles, and an extra bed.

All units have a kitchen that includes a mini stove with an oven and three burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dining table. There is also a private bathroom.

The apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, televisions, and mosquito nets.

Cleaning of rooms and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every 4-5 days, depending on the length of stay.

Terraces with tables and chairs are available to guests, and most offer sea views.

The complex includes a beautifully landscaped garden with a shared barbecue, outdoor furniture, and private parking. The garden has direct access to a private beach covered with oval pebbles. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free for guests.
