Klimataria Studio No 1 Sithonia is located in Klimataria Beach, Toroni, on the Sithonia peninsula. The studio is situated in a quiet part of the village and provides direct access to the beach, making it ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking a peaceful stay close to the sea.

Accommodation

The studio can accommodate up to 4 guests. The space is organized as an open-plan layout including a living and sleeping area, kitchen, and bathroom. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed, and if needed, an additional bed or sofa bed can be used for two more guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped and functional (stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, kitchenware, dining table). The bathroom is private and includes a shower cabin, sink, WC, and hot water.

The studio has air conditioning, a TV, and high-speed internet for a comfortable stay. Guests can also use the courtyard, providing a pleasant space for morning coffee or relaxation after the beach.

Smoking and parties are not allowed in the accommodation, and pets are also not allowed.
