Description

KLG Studios and Apartment is a complex located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. Situated just 90 meters from the promenade and the beach, it offers accommodation for 2–6 guests, with a yard and private parking.

Accommodation

There are 5 studios and one apartment available.

The smaller Studio No. 2 is suitable for 2 guests. It includes a double bed, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom.

There are four larger studios, each suitable for a family with two children. Each studio features a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom.

Kitchenettes in the studios include a refrigerator, two ceramic cooktops, a coffee machine, and a toaster. Shared ironing equipment is also available.

The apartment can accommodate 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. It has two bedrooms—one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. The living room includes two sofa beds and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, a stove with oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, and necessary kitchenware. The apartment also has a private bathroom with a shower and a spacious, furnished terrace. It is equipped with mosquito nets, a washing machine, an iron, and a vacuum cleaner.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a hairdryer. Every 5 days (or halfway through the stay), the owners provide clean sets of bed linen and towels, which guests change themselves.

In front of the accommodation, there is a fenced yard with parking space.
