• Damage deposit will be returned upon check-out after inspection of the general condition of the house.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Accommodation
The house is spread over 3 floors (ground floor, first floor, second floor).
On the ground floor there is a living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. The living room features a corner sofa and a television. The dining area consists of a table with four chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped – it includes a large refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and extractor hood. From this area there is access to a terrace with outdoor furniture, suitable for outdoor dining. The bathroom is standardly equipped and includes a shower, toilet, and washbasin.
On the first floor there are two air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed and a television, while the second bedroom features bunk beds. The bathroom is standardly equipped, the same as the one on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace.
On the second floor there are two single beds and an air-conditioning unit.
The complex features a private yard where a barbecue is available upon request. Guests have access to a washing machine, and an iron with ironing board is available upon request. The entire accommodation is covered with free wireless internet. Bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are not allowed.
Parking is available on the street in front of the complex and at a free public parking area located 100 meters from the accommodation.
