Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

The Houses Apartments complex offers modernly designed apartments located in Lefkas, at a distance of 500 meters from the port of Lefkada, and the nearest beach, Agios Ioannis, is about 2 kilometers away.

  •  Apartment Ι4- The area is 40-50m², and the accommodation capacity is up to 4 people. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, suitable for 2 people. In the living room there is a sofa bed measuring 1.40mx2.00m. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large combined refrigerator, stove, filter coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster and kettle. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The guests of this apartment have a TV, Wi-fi internet, hair dryer and air conditioner at their disposal.
  •  Apartment Ι1- The area is 40-50m², and the accommodation capacity is up to 4 people. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, suitable for 2 people. In the living room there is a sofa bed measuring 1.40mx2.00m. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large combined refrigerator, stove, filter coffee machine, microwave and toaster. The guests of this apartment have at their disposal a private bathroom, TV, Wi-fi internet, hair dryer, washing machine and air conditioning.
  •  Apartment P1 - The area is 55m², and the accommodation capacity is up to 4 people. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, suitable for 2 people. In the living room there is a sofa bed measuring 1.40mx2.00m. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large combined refrigerator, stove, filter coffee machine, microwave oven and toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The guests of this apartment have a TV, Wi-fi internet, hair dryer and air conditioner at their disposal.
  •  Apartment P3 - The area is 70m², and the accommodation capacity is up to 4 people. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with double bed, suitable for 2 people. In the living room there is a sofa bed measuring 1.40mx2.00m. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large combined refrigerator, stove, filter coffee machine, microwave oven and toaster. The guests of this apartment have at their disposal a private bathroom, TV, Wi-fi internet, hair dryer and air conditioning.
  •  Apartment P4-Površine is 55m², and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, suitable for 2 people. In the living room there is a corner sofa bed measuring 1.40mx2.00m. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large combined refrigerator, stove, filter coffee machine, microwave oven and toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The guests of this apartment have a TV, Wi-fi internet, hair dryer and air conditioner at their disposal.
  •  Apartment P7-Površine is 65m², and can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, suitable for 2 people each. In the living room there is a 1.50 x 2.00 corner sofa bed for two more people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large combined refrigerator, stove, filter coffee machine, microwave and toaster. Terrace with outdoor furniture. The guests of this apartment have at their disposal a safe, TV, Wi-fi internet, hair dryer and air conditioning.
  •  Apartment P8-Površine is 40-50m², and can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, suitable for 2 people. In the living room there is a sofa bed measuring 1.40mx2.00m. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large combined refrigerator, stove, filter coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster and kettle. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The guests of this apartment have a TV, Wi-fi internet, hair dryer and air conditioner at their disposal.
