Description

Katerinas House is located near Neos Marmaras on Sithonia Peninsula, 450 meters from Tripotamos Beach. The house is set in a quiet environment, away from urban noise. It is about 4 km from Supermarket Lidl.

The house can accommodate up to 5 people and offers a spacious yard with parking space.

Accommodation

The house has two bedrooms with double beds, while two single sofa beds are in a living room.

The kitchen includes a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, utensils, and a dining table. The private bathroom has a shower and hairdryer.

Accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with television, free Wi-Fi internet, and mosquito nets. There is a washing machine in a storage behind the house which guests are free to use. The house is not cleaned during the stay, and the spare sets of towels and bed linen are provided, which guests themselves change as needed.

In front of the house is a covered terrace with a table and chairs.

Guests have at their disposal a large, fenced yard with orchard and a lot of space for parking vehicles.
