• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• For reservations of up to 7 nights, the deposit fee is 50% of the total price.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled 29 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is canceled 28-7 days before the date of the arrival, 15% of the total price will be charged.
• If canceled or modified later, or in a case o no-show, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Katerina Rodon Apartments is located in Nea Roda, on the southern part of the Athos peninsula. The beach is 70 m away. There are 5 accommodation units on offer.
Accommodation
Two studies, no. 2 and no. 4 are equipped with one double bed and one single bed each. In studio no. 4, it is possible to add an extra bed for an additional fee.
Apartments no. 1 and no. 3 in the bedroom have a double bed and a single bed, while the room where the kitchen is separate. In apartment no. 1, it is possible to add an extra bed for an extra charge.
Apartment no. 5 is equipped with two single beds in two bedrooms, there is a possibility of adding an extra bed for an extra charge. While the room in which the kitchen is separated.
The kitchens are equipped with the necessary dishes, a stove and a combined refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The terraces are equipped with outdoor furniture overlooking the street.
Guests have access to TV, Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning.
Guests can park their vehicles on the street near the accommodation.
