Karavela Apartments is located in Preveza, within the Epirus region, approximately 1.20 kilometers from the beach. The property offers three apartments suitable for accommodating from 2 to 6 persons and is situated in the central part of the town, close to the harbor, historic center, supermarkets, and amenities intended for guests’ everyday needs.

Accommodation

Karavela Apartments offers three apartments located on the first and second floor of the building. The accommodation includes a three-bedroom apartment, a one-bedroom apartment with a living room, and a one-bedroom apartment with the living and sleeping area organized within the same space. All accommodation units include a sleeping area, kitchen, private bathroom, and a space intended for guests’ everyday stay.

The three-bedroom apartment is suitable for accommodating up to six persons and is located on the first floor of the building. The apartment features three separate bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom contains two single beds, all equipped with Grecostrom mattresses. The living area is organized for guests’ shared stay and is connected to the kitchen and dining area. Guests have access to three air conditioning units and two TVs, one of which is connected to the internet as a Web TV.

The one-bedroom apartment with a living room is suitable for accommodating up to four persons and is located on the second floor of the building. The bedroom contains a large double bed, while the living room features a large sofa bed intended for accommodating two additional persons. The apartment includes a dining area, kitchen, and private bathroom. Guests have access to two air conditioning units and two TVs, including one Web TV connected to the internet.

The one-bedroom apartment combines the living and sleeping area within the same space and contains two single beds that can be joined together, along with a sofa bed placed next to them. The apartment is suitable for two persons and is located on the second floor of the building. It includes a kitchen, private bathroom with a shower, and amenities intended for guests’ stay.

The kitchens in all apartments are functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay. Guests have access to a large refrigerator, electric stove with oven, espresso or filter coffee machine, basic cooking equipment, dishes for food preparation and serving, and a dining area. A washing machine is available in selected apartments.

Bathrooms are private and equipped with a shower and basic toiletries. The larger apartment features a bathroom with two sinks. Guests are provided with towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, and a steam iron.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi internet access. Bed linen and large towels are provided for guests.

The property is within walking distance of the town center and harbor, while free public parking is available near the accommodation, within the area of the Agios Andreas fortress.
