• Basic min. stay - 3 nights. For the period 16/06-15/09 the min. stay is 5 nights.

• Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is by 11:00
• For early check-ins or late check-outs, please inform the managers in advance - availability will determine whether the request may be accommodated.
• Please inform the managers of the arrival and departure times at least 2-3 days in advance of the check-in date.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 14 days before the arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is cancelled 30-14 days before the date of the arrival, 30% of the total price will be charged.
• If a reservation is cancelled 14-7 days before the date of the arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.
• If a reservation is cancelled 7 days before the date of the arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.

Description

Kappa Suites is located on the island of Kefalonia, in Khelmata, 3.4 kilometers from the nearest beach and a 5-minute drive from Argostoli. It offers luxurious accommodation for 4 people with a garden and private parking.

Accommodation

Two ground floor accommodation units are available:

• Premium Apartment - Can accommodate 4 people. It offers a living room with a corner sofa and two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

• Junior Apartment - Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed.

Both apartments have a kitchen that includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a dining table. Each also has a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a washing machine. Cleaning service is available once a week, while bed linen and towels are changed twice a week.

The apartments offer spacious, covered terraces with an outdoor dining area and views of the garden, the sea and the hills.

The complex includes a beautifully organized yard and free private parking.
